Steven D. White, Chief Executive Officer
Steve founded 0-In Design Automation (pronounced “zero-in”) in 1996 and served as the company’s President and CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors. 0-In was acquired by Mentor Graphics in 2004. In 1987 Steve founded Logic Modeling and served as the company’s Vice President of Operations. The company grew rapidly and was purchased out of IPO registration by Synopsys in 1993. Steve joined Valid Logic Systems in 1982 and served as Vice President of Manufacturing. The company had a successful IPO in 1984.
Dr. Benjamin Wang, Founder
Prior to founding Svaya, Ben was an engineer at Caliper Life Sciences focused on microfluidics drug discovery. From 1996 to 1998, he was an engineer at TRW advanced semiconductor group. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
Dr. Kevin Krogman, Founder
Kevin invented Svaya’s breakthrough technology, enabling cost-effective, highly uniform, molecular-scale films on large area substrates while a PhD candidate at MIT. Prior to MIT, Kevin was an engineer at Optical Dynamics focused on optical coatings. Kevin holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and a M.S. and B.S. in chemical engineering from University of Louisville.
Keith Rieken, Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Svaya, Keith was a Sales Engineering Manager at Mentor Graphics. He served as the Vice President of Applications at 0-In Design Automation, which was acquired by Mentor in 2004. Keith was the Director of Engineering at Morphics Technology (acquired by Infineon). Keith holds an M.B.A from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Rice University.
