Svaya’s surface engineering solutions are based on more than a decade of research in layer-by-layer assembly technology. Svaya brings this powerful technology out of laboratories and enables industrial scale throughput while maintaining the flexibility in material set selection and film architectures all at very low cost.

    Svaya molecular-layer deposition (MLD) utilizes an eco-friendly water based process in an ambient environment without the need for temperature or pressure control. Using a robust self-assembly process, Svaya MLD deploys surface engineering at industrial volumes.

    Svaya MLD enables high uniformity over large areas with uniformity comparable to the line width of the world’s best semiconductor processes.
  • Flexibility
    Svaya MLD can be used with a variety of surfaces including glass, semiconductor substrates, flexible plastic films (including polyesters, polycarbonate and many more), stainless steel, nylon mesh, even hydrophobic surfaces.
  • Multi-functionality
    Svaya MLD can easily select multiple functionalities to be incorporated into a surface.
